Elektro Statik Boya

Our products, which are washed in chromate pools (without chromium), are dyed in the electrostatic paint unit operating with an automatic system, including profiles and ral colors.


Profiles for various sectors are produced in our production line with extrusion presses working with a PLC system with a capacity of 1200 tons by using the molds obtained from our molding room unit. In line with the customer's demands, it is sent to the Anodizing Unit, Electrostatic Paint Shop Unit or Mechanical Processing Unit. Our annual production is about 10,000 tons.


In our molding unit, which has trained and experienced technical personnel and technological machine tools and equipment;
