RTD
The RTD department, consisting of experienced expert architects, engineers and technical personnel, makes aluminum systems with technical features in line with the needs and demands by using technological innovations. Prepared designs are processed in our molding unit in order to obtain high quality profiles.
Extrusion Press
Our molds; Profiles for sectors are produced in our production line with PLC Extrusion presses with a capacity of 1200 tons. In line with their demands, it is sent to the Anodizing Unit, Electrostatic Paint Shop Unit or Mechanical Processing Unit within our body. Our annual production is about 10,000 tons.
ELECTROSTATIC PAINT
Our products, which are washed in chromate pools (without chromium), are dyed in the electrostatic paint unit operating with an automatic system, including profiles and ral colors.
